Flavor Profile

How to Use

About The Spice

Native to Ceylon (Sri Lanka) and still grown there today, Ceylon "true" cinnamon considered the "preferred" cinnamon for recipes in England & Mexico. Freshness is especially important with Ceylon cinnamon because its low volatile oil level (between 1-2%), means it loses its flavor rapidly once ground.
